In Case You Were Wondering......

It's been a crazy two weeks around here. Not only are we trying to sell our house (which means leaving it spotless every time we go anywhere, being ready to leave at the ring of the phone, and patiently waiting on God to send the right person) but we've had a virus pass through the kiddos. It started last week with Logan. He ran fevers over 104 degrees. So thankful for our friend who is an ER doc. He talked me off the ledge, and out of wasting a visit to the ER. By the time he got to our house to leave for the concert, (see previous post) Logan was jumping around playing Wii. After getting him well, we had an uneventful weekend, and then geared up for Mega Sports Camp Week. The one week this summer that Noah has totally been waiting for! Guess who came down with fever next? We spent a lot of time like this:

Then this one bit the dust:
And then we have to get out of the house so it can be shown:
This is us, sitting in the parking lot near Chick fil A, eating lunch in the car, while someone walks through our house. I should probably mention that the car thermometer read 112. Mr. Noah looks miserable doesn't he? The next morning, we had to get out for a realtor tour between 9 and 11, still had low fevers, but donuts cure everything, right?

Haircuts were the next stop:

And finally on Thursday we were fever free!!!! Just in time for Hayden's birthday party at Hoppin' House.
Noah also got to go to the last night of Mega Sports Camp. Logan spent the week playing basketball, and showing off his mad skills. Noah had intended to play flag football, and had one night of fun. We'll have to count down to next summer.

Oh we also spent some of our sick time watching soccer:
The boys rooted for Spain the whole way through. I was shocked at lunch today to hear my boys talking about the Spanish soccer team. They were actually arguing over the players and who was who. Can you even name one of the players on the team? Much less one of the USA soccer players? These boys LOVE sports.

House Update: We've had a few more showings this weekend, and one scheduled for in the morning. Still only the one offer that hasn't panned out yet. We've found 2 houses that we see ourselves moving into, in the neighborhood we want to live in, but can't do anything about it just yet. God's got a plan, and he's teaching us to wait, be patient, and persevere!

Here's hoping for a healthy week and an offer on our house!
