Date Night! So Excited!

 My birthday gift to Matt - a Paris Bistro dinner that we get to cook and eat together.
 Making the chocolate mousse.


 Pear-hazelnut salad with champagne vinaigrette. 

 Truffle aioli for the frittes.
 Delicious steaks going in the cast iron skillet.



 Dinner is served.
