Really, it's ice. From the sleet that accumulated overnight. I'm not sure how the temperature was 26, it felt like 12, and it managed NOT to turn to snow. Regardless, Mattie couldn't wait to get outside and play in the snow! The kids enjoyed being off from school and getting to hang out with their friends all day.
