A yummy dinner at Perry's was capped off with the most perfect dessert

Starts with vanilla ice cream covered with a white chocolate shell.

 Melt some butter, add brown sugar, pecans, brandy and set it on fire!

 That gets poured over the ice cream.

 And it's heaven on a plate.

And then it's gone.

And this is why I Jazzercise.
