Miss Mattie's Happy Garden
Yay! Big girl bed transformation is complete! Thanks Grandma, for the curtain panels, gingham sheets, bedskirt, and pillow shams. I love her room, it makes me smile. It's been a little over a week, and Matilyn is sleeping like a big girl.

Ravens Win in Coach Cothern's Debut!!!!

The Ravens won 7-6 in a defensive battle. Coach Cothern and Coach Cates called a great game in their coaching debut. They kept their players focused and pulled out the victory. Noah had 2 great runs, and played strong on defense pulling 2 flags.

This is what we call bringing out the "LoJo Mojo!" Way to score a touchdown in your first game little man. Keep it up. You'll have a full piggy bank by the end of the season.

Just For You Papa
These are captured frames from video that we took skiing last weekend. We LOVE having you drag us around the lake. Especially when the water is as smooth as it was.
Sorry for the lack of pictures this week. It's been a crazy week and I never pulled my camera out.
Tomorrow is the first weekend of flag football games. We have a Raven and a Titan this season. I promise to get back on a 365 roll tomorrow.

A Perfect Day at Lake LBJ
Grandma and Papa brought the boat for one more day out on the lake. We had a wonderful time tubing, skiing, swimming, and even getting rained on! The only thing that would have made the day more perfect for Mommy - a little more sunshine. After we got back to Austin, we had a take-out picnic in the living room while watching the Red Raiders stomp all over the Lobos. Papa, thanks for dragging us around the lake one last time. We are already looking forward to next summer!!!

Sweet Dreams, My Princess
All snuggled up and ready for the first night.
(As I blog this, about 45 minutes and not a peep.)
A Big Girl Bed
Mattie's new bed was delivered this morning.
I took apart the crib so we could use the back as the headboard. When she saw me doing that, she threw herself on the floor in protest.
When I was all done, I had her come up to check it out.
She had to think about it a little, but by the time it was bedtime, she said she was ready to sleep in her new bed.
I'm not sure if Mommy's ready for this.
