The Century Mark

In the bathtub last night, Noah counted to 30 (after I told him that Aunt Chey's baby would be here in about 30 sleeps). So with just a little prompting at all of the "10's" he made it all the way to 100.

Purgatory

We rode the chair lift to the top and hiked down the mountain.
Noah was a trooper. He was really excited to find snow and throw snowballs at Uncle Rob.

Going back up the lift to ride the Alpine Slide.

They were going so fast I almost missed them!
Here's Grandpa.
Grammy stayed at the bottom with Logan, throwing rocks in the water!

17 Weeks

Baby C loved the cool Colorado mountain air.
I felt lots of thumps and kicks throughout the week.

Family Pics In An Amazing Setting

Andrews Lake
Andrews Lake Hike
Our first night in Durango.
Yes, it was cold, in the 40s, and we had a fire outside!

Thomas The Train!!!!

Thomas just happened to be in Durango at the same time that we were. We were not going to miss this! Especially after spending at least 5 hours of the trip watching Thomas movies in the car. That, and he's not making a trip to Austin this year.

Here he comes!

Sir Topham Hatt. Logan wouldn't get close. That is a look of panic on his face.
ALL ABOARD!

The views were better this time around. Historic downtown Durango, mountains, and a rushing river vs. "historic" East Austin.

Logan has not stopped talking about his visit to see "Thomas Train" and "Top Hat!"
So totally worth it!

Happy Father's Day.....

To my amazing husband, who happens to be an incredible dad!

Uuuuuuuuuggghhhh.

That's as close as I could come to the sound that came out of my mouth when we stepped out of the car back at home! If it wasn't 17 more grueling hours in the car, I just might have turned around and gone back to Colorado! We had an absolute blast of a trip (it's only a vacation if you don't have your kids with you) and I have about 200 pictures to show for it. I will post soon, stay tuned......

16 Weeks.

Another 4 weeks down, still alot to go. The next 4 weeks will be the hardest as we wait in anticipation of finding out what we are having. The baby's heartrate was perfect, my blood pressure was perfect. I'm not exactly sure what the weight gain was, I'm thinking 2 or 3 pounds, which is good. What hasn't been good is the head, neck, back and leg pain I've been having for the last week. Noone has been able to tell me what is causing it. The closest the OB could come to is something musculo-skeletal and she prescribed me a stronger pain reliever. Seems to be working though, giving me some temporary relief. I also bought a new Boppy sleeping pillow that worked well last night.

The worst part about being in all this pain is that we are headed to Colorado tomorrow for a week. I'm not sure how 17 hours in the car is going to cooperate with the pain. Because of the nausea, I will be doing most of the driving, and Matt will be in charge of the entertainment of the boys in the back seat. We are spending the night in Clovis, NM after stopping for dinner at One Guy in Lubbock. YUM....CALZONES!!! Then on to Durango on Saturday. On Sunday we are headed to the train station for a visit and ride on Thomas the Train! After that I'm sure it will be hiking, sight-seeing, games, family, and lots of eating. I will have to do lots of walking to make up for a week without Jazzercise. I'm really looking forward to the weather change! The high today in Durango is 78 and the low was 36. Next week is supposed to be in the low to mid 80s all week. I may not want to come home.

So I will be away from the blog for now, but will have lots to post when we get back! Happy Father's Day to all the daddies.

Hangin' Out With Dad.

Daddy treasures moments like these.
This is what he always imagined Sundays during football season to be!

Little Man's Last Little Gym

Hanging out with Alyssa.
Noah couldn't resist being a part of the "birdies" class just this once.

Walking the balance beam all by himself.

Balls and bubbles were his favorite part.

Playing drums with Noah. This was the first time in 20 classes that he
got down on his tummy to play drums. We needed Noah there at the first class!

A Big Ta-Da!
So proud with his picture and ribbon.

More From Memorial Weekend

Mommy with her littlest Super Hero!

Daddy's best buddy on Papa's Boat.

Too cute for words.

Jumping off the dock with Cousin Eric.

No fear!

Tubing with Eric. Noah had to talk Eric in to going with him.
Eric is 10. All of Grandma's grandkids, including the two still in the womb.
Girls? We can only hope for now.

Old Pictures....

Grammy took the boys to Brenham for a few days to get in some Grammy-time, and to give Mommy a little break. I tried to take advantage of being able to drag out all of the scrapbook stuff and leave it out. I was successful at completing 12 pages; however, I'm still only in February 2007! Looking back at the pictures made me miss my boys. I am glad that I will be picking them up tomorrow. Here are a few of the old pics that I thought were deserving of a post. (I think I must also be longing for the cold and snow, as the temps reached 100+ for the 3rd straight day.)

Aren't they adorable?
